I absolutely love this quote. Every time I read it, it gives me pause and makes me reflect on where my focus is going. Am I intentionally seeking out the good and practicing gratitude? Or am I dwelling on the negative and feeding fear?
I know I don’t always get it right—there are times when my mindset slips and I lose sight of the positive. But this quote gently reminds me that I have a choice in what I give my energy to, and that awareness is the first step toward living more mindfully.
Each day presents countless choices. When our mindset is grounded and aligned, we’re more likely to make the ones that serve us best. Even when a choice doesn’t turn out to be the “right” one, there’s still value in what it teaches us. Growth often comes from reflection, not perfection.
When we find ourselves stuck in a cycle of negative thinking or low energy, it might be time to explore ways to realign our focus.
